Please choose your purchases carefully.

Remember, most of our products are Vintage and have been "pre loved", so may not be perfect.  With many of these items (example : French Antique Pitchers) any wear and tear only adds to their overall appeal.  A piece of country kitchen ware over 100 years old would be looked on with suspicion if it was in immaculate condition!

We are happy to offer a credit note if the item and receipt are returned within 7 days of purchase.

All care is taken with packaging and postage of your purchase.  However,  once the parcel is in transit, Gigi a la maison is not responsible for any breakage or loss incurred.  For more expensive items,  we recommend that you consider insurance. (See Postage and Packaging)
